Lighthouse Customers involvement through deeper market research

Within the BEACON business modeling, involvement of agri-insurance companies into BEACON Lighthouse Customers group, represents one of the main activities that should pave the way for commercialization of the BEACON Toolbox and secure the acceptance among future customers.

For that reason, in the last days of October 2019, representatives of the BEACON business team from InoSens organised the meeting with representatives of Euroherc Osiguranje - Croatian insurance company in Osijek, Croatia. During the meeting, BEACON project was well presented, together with the main idea that lies behind the BEACON Toolbox development - the co-creation of services with future customers. During the presentation, InoSens team-members invited the representatives of Euroherc Osiguranje to join the BEACON Lighthouse Customers group, highlighting all benefits of the potential engagement into BEACON project. Moreover, the face-to-face meeting serves as a perfect opportunity for the collection of deeper market requirements, business needs and challenges within the new (Croatian) Agri-insurance sector. Thus, the potential involvement of Croatian agri-insurance company into project represents the oppening of new market within the BEACON commercialization journey.

After the meeting with Euroherc Osiguranje’s representatives, InoSens members sent the corresponding business (growth hacking) material, as well as the BEACON Letter of Support for official engagement into LHCs group. In order to win the loyalty of future customers, the organisation of meetings with agri-insurance companies as well as the distribution of business - related material, will remain the main channel for popularisation of BEACON Lighthouse Customers group.
